For generations, our family has lived in the Bay of Kotor — shaped by its maritime heritage, stone houses, vineyards, and its unique rhythm.
For us, the sea has never been just a view.
It has been a way of life.
Blanc & Bleu is our way of sharing that life with you.
On the shores of our magnificent bay, protected under UNESCO, we have carefully preserved our historic seaside homes and transformed them into intimate boutique hotels — preserving their soul while shaping them for modern comfort.
What was once our heritage, we now open to the world.

Our family name has long been connected to the Bay — through maritime tradition, cultural life, sport, architecture, and wine. When we created Blanc & Bleu, we did not want to build something new. We wanted to honor what was already ours.

The story behind the design
Our lead architect sees the hotels as two generations of the same distinguished house — Capitano as a dignified old lady, Blanche as her young and radiant daughter — both shaped by the same heritage.
